Its not just about gaining your teaching qualification this programme guides you every step of the way so once you have completed the teacher training modules you then know your exact next steps and how to then build your training academy or even how to apply for teaching vacancies at colleges. We show you how to choose your path, how to create training materials, create irresistible offers, developing a student experience, standing out, how to gain students, all educators inside this programme have experience within the hair and beauty industry so you are following the steps of others who have done what you want to achieve!
How long do I have to complete the course?
This qualification can be achieved in a matter of weeks. The guided learning hours for this qualification are 48-61 hours. You have 3 assignments to complete and then your micro-teach module, once you have completed each assignment you will then submit them to your assessor.
Your assessor has 10-14 working days to assess each assignment (this is normally done in less then 10 days but we like to give ourselves a little longer just incase we have had a high submission of work in from students)
Once the assessor has completed your file this will then be submitted to the IQA to check and the EQA this process can take up to 14 working days to complete (again this is normally completed quicker then this but we like to have a 14 day window) from the date the assessor completes your full qualification as long as nothing additional is needed from the IQA or EQA you will receive your Ofqual approved certificate within 6 weeks but you will receive your Rise Programme Certificate of completion within a few working days so you can start your approval process.
As the course is all online, students can study completely at their own pace however; from the date that you enrol you will have 6 months to complete.
The sooner you submit your assignments to sooner you will complete your qualification. Please remember this is a full level 3 AET Ofqual regulated qualification so can be completed within 6 weeks or less if you send over your assignments to be assessed within a short time then your certification will be with you within 6 weeks of completing. Please keep this in mind when planning the launch of your academy, if you need a quick turn around this is on you to make sure you have your assignments in within your timeline and for you to factor in the assessment and processing time. As this isn't just a private approved qualification that can just be passed off with no real assessments, our qualification goes through the Ofqual awarding body and has to be kept to a high standard giving you the highest level 3 AET qualification you can gain.
If you have a deadline in mind please let your assessor know when submitting your first assignment so she can then give you your deadline for each assignment to be in by.
Can I get a refund once I've signed up?
We operate under a no refund policy, by signing up to this programme you are agreeing to our terms and conditions policy. You will have 6 months to complete this programme. If you need additional time you can request this at an additional charge.

Who is this course for?
It is designed for both the private training industry and post 16 educational institutes; the course covers the generic teaching skills required to become an effective teacher/trainer. Our "Rise Programme" Includes the AET qualification & "Rise Rinse & Repeat Roadmap my 6 + figure Academy Signature Framework" course this is designed for the hair & beauty delivery sector to show you how to create, deliver with confidence hair & beauty courses and build a successful academy.
What does the AET qualification Involve ?
What will I learn? The units will explore the key principles of teaching, and you will gain an understanding of:
The roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training.
How to use inclusive teaching and learning approaches in education and training
The principles and practices of assessment.
Each unit contains written assignment questions, which will become part of your portfolio.
In addition to completing the written assessments you are also required to deliver a 30 minute micro teach session.
To demonstrate the session you may record your Micro Teach and submit via Zoom link, uploading to Google Drive or uploading your recording to Youtube (we show you how to do this as a private listing so no one else can see it, only persons with the video link).
What is my potential progression routes?
Potential progression routes include the Level 3 Assessors qualification, Level 4 IQA qualification, Level 4 Certificate in Education & Training (CTLLS) or the Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training (DTLLS).
